Napi
is a 1989 purebred Arabian half Russian, half Crabbett gelding who was saved
from a killer sale when he was a weanling. He is the son of the
Russian-bred
multi-national champion, Napitok+. Raised and trained by me, he grew up
to be a US Nationals contender. He has qualified for Nationals every
year
since he was 3 years old. He is a multi-level champion in Hunter
Pleasure,
Western Pleasure, Jumping, Dressage and Show Hack. He added
driving to his repertoire when he was asked to compete in the Challenge
of the Breeds at the Keystone International Livestock Exhibition.
As a
yearling,
he was Pennsylvania state Reserve Champion purebred gelding halter
horse. He has been PAHA Champion in both Hunter
and Western. He has been the High-point Horse of the Year on the
Eastern
Arabian Horse Show Circuit. Christi was the Rider of the Year several years
in succession. He was the only horse to be High Point Champion Junior horse in both Western and Hunter for 3 consecutive years. He was 1996 and 1997, 2000, 2001
USEF Champion
Horse of the Year in Hunter and Western for Region 15.
