**All entry fees++ plus half of show fees and hauling are due when entries are submitted. Remaining fees are due 7 days before departure. Fees not paid, will result in horse not going to show. All expenses must be up to date before horse can go to shows.

++ENTRY FEES : Classes entered, Office fees, Drug fees, AHA and USEF non-member charges (if applicable), stalls, bedding, pro-rated tack stalls, feed purchased at show grounds and early arrival fees, pro-rated reserved seating, golf cart rental (if applicable).
   Health Papers (CVI) and any medications are additional.
   Entry fees and hauling fees are not included in show fees and are to be paid by Owner/Rider at the time entries are submitted.  ALL fees due 7 days before departure.  Show fees do not include transportation or lodging for trainer, or tack stall fees
